The landmark Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is the benchmark for society, and is the most vital component to ensuring the legal rights of persons with disabilities.  It allows individuals of all levels of ability to work together towards the common goal of the full participation of all members of our society.  It is undeniable, and the very fabric of the freedom and opportunity available to all Americans.
